Skinned my 35 leather Abyss onto my Anuhart and can now dye it, shame you can't dye it without remodeling though.

you could buy normal armor, remodel it to abyss, dye the remodeled armor, then use it to remodel onto your normal abyss item
it should work because remodeling carries on the color that the item had

this is all good, but I have the level 50 elite abyss set gotten from donating. I absolutely hate the green color, and thought that black or red would look amazing on it. But like it has been mentioned, aybss sets can not be dyed. I want to know if there is a way to keep that set and its stats and dye it. Obviously these methods do not work since I am not going from say Anuhart to Abyss, and I can not easily obtain another set. Any ideas on what to do? Seriously...the green color looks horrible

Buy a lowbie abyss set, (the lvl 30 which only costs abyss points and looks exactly like elite only diff in color) remodel it to anuhart, recolor it, remodel it to your elite set.

If i remodel anu to the abyss gear, I lose the abyss gear's stats which are better than anu. Or am I misunderstanding you?

Hmm maybe buy the lvl 50 Green(the cheapest) Abyss set, then when u go to the remodel person go to the shop left of it and buy the white clothes, when u remodel it put the white clothing in first spot and the abyss clothing at the destroyed spot, after u have done that u should be able to dye it.

And then put the Elite Tribunus in the first spot and then the white clothing(remodeled+dyed) in the Destroy spot.

That way u should keep the stats + looks with a different color (Since Elite Tribunus+Tribunus is only a color difference)

Thanks a lot, but getting the tribunus set is hard. Thanks for the advice, I will try it and let you know how it goes.
