character selection

    cant select character
    only at server selection,
    and then cant log in.

    yup,,
    but lvl 1 only, i have an item at the inventory,
    and i want to get it,
    but when im logging it in
    cant select character

    Sounds like you need to do a Player Unstick request. Go to www.crystalaion.com, log in with your game account information, click on UserCP, and finally Player Unstick Request.

    what kind of item would be so important that is being carried by obviously a low lv toon? probably from another account. coz i assumed it is from what you say about not getting into the server.
