items after server crash lost

hi my EAT Plate set +15 and full socket isnt in my warehouse anymore i just noticed it couse my char is 50 now hmm do i get it back or...?

 

You need proof showing that you had the set and when you lost it too

 

I also lost my abg plate set+15 full socketed, remodeled to Mastarius, and lost my abg spear +15 full socketed with 10% blind gs. remodeled to Mastarius.

But i haz no proof.

this is a good part of the server,every 1 hour we must take print screens and videos to proof items we have....

 

i never saw or get any advice to do this

 

im joking mate,it simple,it is a server problem that they say we must always have proofs,every time server crashes corruptes its database and we are the ones taht we must secure our items with screenshots...

it is funny that u say about proofs,we enter to play a few hours not to take proof from EVERYTHINK

cause,we lose items,we have dupers,we have bugs...for one hour gameplay we should need at least every 20 minutes proofs from our actions ingame

 

Your missing the screenshot of your inventory AND warehouse showing those items are not present.

 

it is players job to keep every time that he login proofs?i dont think that we play in playstation to save our game every time we finish the mission,it isnt job of the team to fix those critical errors?

Honestly, this as been said before, that you should not store your items/kinah in the warehouse cause there is a bug which will make items/kinah go missing. I always tell players to screenshot there warehouse if there going to store items there at least.

@deatmy - Now just gotta wait for a Senior GM to look it over, and make there decision. So be patient if it takes a lil bit.

yeah we must "save" any ingame action cauz server corruptions cannot be fixed...we are responsible and we must think whatever will be crash and take prrofs from everythink:warehouse,trade,purchase,craft,abyss,pvp,pve and everythink that we recieve...

u know that im right,anyone want to enter and play,not to go crazy every time that server do his own crazy thinks

 

You don't have to take screenshots, but as a precaution, you may not get your items back.. Keep in mind this is a private server and the GMs here can only do so much to make sure the players are happy. So to help us out better, its easier to keep tabs of what you have. I know I do on my personal account. If something goes missing, I usually just move on and not fret as it is a private server, bugs will happen, as well as crashes.

GM's and also Mr. Alente made anouncement not to put kinah and items at warehouse and that make sense....maybe you will just learn how to follow instructions

 

im just 1 week on the server and i dont have much priv. server experience so i just didnt know it dont condemn me for things i didnt know
