Voting Rewards

Hi, I'm showing that I have 1450 reward points. I've attempted to purchase an item that cost 1000 points. I followed the directions, logged completely out, waited over 5 minutes, logged back in...no item.

I tried it again... same thing.

and, its not showing up in my history that its going through.

What am i doing wrong?

 

did u confirm that u bought it? and also did u make sure u have an available slot for the item?

 

yes i confirmed, and I had an open slot.

I purchased some dye for 100 credits and it went through just fine.

I also tried purchasing another 1000 credit item just to make sure it wasn't the item I was buying that had a bug or something. Same results...no item.

 

anyone?????

 

hm... check all inventories if u have more than 1 charter.. may be u added item in another chart..

 

Thanks Bugsman. I looked on both of my characters, and no items have been delivered. Even checked my warehouse. This is a mystery...

 

Maybe it's some kind of bug.. you should speak with a GM or AM. . . =/
