GM please come online

All my items dissappered which I traded 10mins ago.. and there were people which also saw items i posted.

Please i need help !

You need to post proofs (videos or ss's) of the trade before, during, and after doing it.

 

There can be proof the guy which I traded with. And the guy who saw items...

 

Well you need your own proof, not other people's.

 

How can I get a proof, where I PMed like 4 different GMs 30mins ago for trade help and noone answered ?!

we got disconnected together...
then his items gone..... idk why....
feel sory for him......

with no proof of an actual trade, a GM cant help you. Also for future reference i recommend u not to trust a person with 0 posts. Either ask a GM to assist with the trade or follow this guide on how to take appropriate screen shots http/forum.gameznetwork.com/showthread.php?t=25206

Like I said I sent 4-5 messages for trade support to 4-5 different GMs.

 

I've noticed GMs dont really reply to in-game messages that often. Its better off to make a thread on the forums requestin GM assistance and be patient in waiting for their response.

 

I PMed them also on the forum. I waited for 20mins.

Now what can I do ?!? Please tell me, I spent so much times getting all those items which I traded for ABG Plate set which was dupped.

 

Well we need chat log proof if you don't have screen shot proof. then we need screenshot proof of your warehouse and inventory so it show's those particular items are missing..

If a GM ignores your whisper, they are probably busy. Im sure no one intentionally ignored your whisper unless you were spamming them.

On the forum you can see my trade list. You can check where are they now ?! And check this guy inventory you will see they in his inventory.

 

GMs can't track your items... Please post chat proof (from chat.txt in Aion root).

 

This is not what i asked for. Chat log proof. Meaning you need to go into your Aion folder, and open the Chat file... Scroll to bottom, move your way up and copy from the start of the trade to the end of the trade... Also need current screenshots of your warehouse and inventory.

 

There is nothing my log.txt only some hardware information.
