Need PM to help me with Award Credits bug

Hi,
I posted this under "Award Points" and several people helped me track it down to a possible bug.

In my GamezAion web user control panel, I'm showing that I have 1650 credits. I've tried on multiple attempts to purchase items of 1000 credits, and they've not been delivered.

I've followed all the directions. (see my other post to follow my comments)

I tried purchasing an item of lower credits, (dye) for 100 credits, and it went through perfectly. It seems to be just the higher credit purchases.

My history only shows that I purchased the dye.

It's not a huge deal, but I'm just curious if it might be a bug, or something else might be interfering.

Anyway, I was told to contact a PM so this is what I"m doing. I live in the EST time zone, and I'm on most evenings.

OK, i posted it under Inquiries about the Game....

it says the approximate waiting time is 68hours.... I sure hope not. lol

Submitted a perition. Over 2 hours waiting for a GM to contact me, but i can't stay on much longer.

What is the best way to contact one of them?
