my character is just an arm sticking out of the ground

i created a character a little over an hour ago and for some odd and also hilarious reason my character is just an arm with 2 really tiny legs sticking out of the ground
now for most applications i find this unimportant and quite funny but when it comes to loot just to pass level 9 i can do nothing in fact i can't get loot at all but on the same note for some reason i take almost no damage even if i just sit here and do nothing with my character which i only noticed after going to the bathroom and coming back and still not being dead....... so yeah im a semi invincible arm sticking out of the ground that cannot loot items which are not dropping at all
so yeah i think its a bug of some sort that really needs to be fixed
anybody else have anything like this happen?

No idea post screenies I wanna see it haha XD....you have to do the ascension quest to get out of level 9 !!

 

Did you update to 2.0? If you did click on the fix in my sig or wait until tomorrow when the server is updated to 2.0.

Crystal will be updated to 2.0 tomorrow. Carl announced it yesterday.

 

Yeah, that's caused by playing on 1.9 server with 2.0 client. The server(s) will be updated to 2.0 soon though so no need to downgrade.
