Items disappeared.

My cousin (Shinibi) has a problem with their items, he buy three ABG accesories and their hp regenerates very very fast, when he relog the items has disappear.

He sells 2k creds and Punkylove whisp an offer (3 abg accesories). So far so good, but when the trade's over the problem begins. The other guy (Punkylove) give him the 3 accesories (duped) and full plate fenris set pouty.

He don't take screenshots of the trade, but he have the chat log and one ss of the other char.
