Anyway you talk too much non sense. I did not say that multiple is against the rules but you did wanted to say from your previous post that voting on multiple accounts is a crime. So I say that if you want to ban the entire cafe you went in to, why not consider banning oplay first since he was the 1st one to admit in public and got ban for what he admitted which is voting on 20 accounts.

From your previous statement you really wanted to say that GMs are exempted from the rules. Right? Then thats what they call power abuse?

coz pinays are mix w/ different kind of beauties from other countries.

the philippines has been under the regime of the spanish empire for 300years, a decade w/ the americans and few years w/ japan.

during those times, many filipinos married ppl from other countries and as when time goes by.. the beauty of the pinays are unique. ^^

well having multiple accounts are inevitable.. well i still remember that Vaugn is selling 5k credits and 1 accnt each.. dunno if this is legal or illegal.. anyway having credits nowadays are easily can be gain.. you can have 2k credits even just for one day or maybe 3 to 4k.. excuse me for my knowledge but a lot of voters celebrated during the early days of the months which 20 credits per vote.. they are making 100 credits each hour or minutes? xD
