Please help...I cannot get a response from anyone

    Hello,

    I am Katabatik and I play on Siel.

    I have been working several days now to get this issue resolved to no avail. I have sent emails, PMs, and in-game tickets and cannot get a response.

    To make this short...I made a donation to gamezaion ($40.00) via paypal and never received my credits. As a result, I put in a dispute with paypal. Soon after, my account was banned. "Ewan" responded to my dispute and said he would see what he could do and it would take about 24 hours, which it did. The credits were transferred, my account was unbanned and I closed the dispute. When I logged into the game (1st time after ban) all of my ABG items on all of toons were gone. A matter of fact, my sin lost one level.

    I sent an email to Carl (here is what I sent, to which I have never had a response)...

    Hi Carl,

    Sorry to bother you with this problem but I feel I need some help. I am not sure who Ewan Walker is, but I feel as if I am being punished and I am unsure as to why. My account is Katabatik.

    Here is the email I sent to Ewan today and it essentially tells the entire story...

    Hey Ewan,

    To summarize let me start off by saying that I appreciate you unbanning my account, although I am unsure why it was banned in the first place. I had made a donation to the server as I really enjoy playing there with my legion. I want to see the server stay active and if I can afford to donate funds to keep you guys up and active, I am more than willing to do so. It is also understood that when a player makes a donation they are "rewarded" with credits as "thank you" for the assistance. This is also very much appreciated.

    As I usually do, I made the donation through paypal and my credits were never received, emails were never answered, in-game gms never responded and tickets ignored. Since I never received the credits I put a dispute on the paypal account. As a result, my account was banned. When I spoke with Alente, she had no idea and specifically stated, there was no evidence in the "log" that I was banned and that I would need to speak with you.

    However, through the paypal dispute process you and I were able to come to an agreement, which was understood to mean that you would lift the ban and provide the credits and I would close the dispute. All of which have occurred. At no time was I informed that my pre-existing items would be removed. When I logged in this morning I noticed that in my account various items were missing on my cleric

    Archon Brigade Generals Shield +7 fully socketed with +85 hp
    Archon Brigade Generals Warhammer +15 fully socketed with +85 hp
    Black Cloud Wing Feather
    Archon Brigade Generals Mail fully socketed with +85
    Archon Brigade Generals Chain Hood fully socketed with +85

    Some rings were missing as well (PVP)

    I also noticed that on my other characters (Ranger and Assassin) all my ABG or Masterius gear is gone. Thus, it seems like all my PVP gear, along with all manastones and/or godstones are gone. Also, my Sin appears to have lost a level (was level 55 and now he is 54). Is there a way to correct these issues? I have already sent an in game ticket. I have been a big supporter of gamezaion and I hoping to resolve all these issues with you.

    If there is anything you can do to assist I would really appreciate it. I feel as if I am being retaliated against for no good reason as I never did anything wrong but to protect my own interests.

    I am not sure why such drastic actions are being taken against me. All I wanted was what I paid for....now I got what I paid for and all of my things have been taken from me.


    I then sent the above letter and the following to Alente...

    I have not heard from Carl or anyone on this matter. In game GM's do nothing to help. I really do not want to leave this server, all my friends are here. I also do not want to have re-grind or re-pay for things I have already purchased. If there is anything you can do to help, please let me know. Much appreciated.

    I am not sure why such retaliatory acts are being taken against me or why I cannot get anyone to respond. All I am asking for is to have my toons back to the condition there were in prior to being banned.

    Unlucky. At least you're handling it rationally. Good luck getting your items back, I know it's a ***** having to get it all back.

    Cliffnotes?

    Were the items that vanished the ones you initiated a chargeback over or from a previous donation or not donated for at all?

    Allow me to be a bit more concise. When my account was banned I had all the items listed in the image above, except the ABG Leggings and ABG Pauldrons (which I currently have) on the toon Katabatik. When the 4000 credits were transferred and the banned was lifted, those were the two items that were purchased. When I logged in, all the other items,either ones I had previously donated for or used my vote reward credits are gone. This includes all my toons; sin, cleric, and ranger. Also, my sin, somehow lost one level. I am sure if you check the database you will see this is all accurate.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter.

    It is has now been 8 days since the start of this problem. Here are the original screenshots from my paypal account and my conversation with Ewan. Is there any way to get this problem sorted out?

    Good evening Gamezaion community and staff...

    I would really appreciate some response...either a yes or no. Being ignored is extremely frustrating and I cannot understand why someone cannot reply to this thread with some information. So, please, rather than keeping me "hanging" please respond with some information so that I know who to proceed.

    why did u do a chargeback anyway? all you have to do if you dont get your credits is send carl an email

    Actually, if I recall, I sent 2 emails to Carl prior to the charge back and never received a response.

    Is it policy for admin staff to simply ignore players? I sent an email to admin to try and resolve this once and for all and get no response.
