Where are my characters gone?

    Help me,pls!, my characters are gone!. When i open Aion then log in then choose server then when i entered my characters are gone making me create new one again.What happened to my my characters where they been deleted or what they just dissaper. I dont want to create new ones cause all my kinah and my money will ve waisted if i do that pls help me returm my characters back. love you all.:crying:

    Maybe you entered wrong server? Like you always play on Siel and you accidentally selected Lumiel? @_@

    already log in again.

    i already relog in and choose the right server ut nothing happened theyr all gone..:crying:
