Intri's compiled list of broken Elyos campaigns

I am making this thread to promote awareness to broken quests, in order to help get them fixed. I hope this thread will be able to help the GMs and admins. (and to make the miragent quest obtainable haha)

Feel free to add to the list, or provide suggestions on how to finish quests.

note: some of these may be personal problems/bugs, but I think the majority are the same for the whole community.

If you know a way to finish one, If anything is wrong, or you have more to add to the list, feel free to reply.

Lvl 31 - Refreshing the Springs
Quest Message: "Restore the Mystic Spring by putting the Bead into the Temple Life Stone."
Problem: Upon reaching this quest, my inventory log stated "You have aquired <Life Bead>" but the item was never put into my inventory, so I cannot activate the Temple Life Stone to finish the quest.

Lvl 40 - Keeper of the Kaidan Key
Quest Message: "Find out from Crack Kaidan Skullcrackers, Kaidan Blocker Bosses, and Crack Kaidan Captains who is holding the Abyss Gate Key."
Problem: None of the mobs are dropping the 'Kalupa's Order' to proceed witht he quest.

Lvl 27 - ?????? (Saving Elyos Captives)
Quest Message: "You can start at level 25."
Problem: Quest does not activate.

Lvl 31 - ?????? (Fragment of Memory)
Quest Message: "You can start at level 26."
Problem: Quest does not activate.

Lvl 42 - Creating a Monster
Quest Message: "Find the entrence to the Aethergenetics Lab in the northwestern part of Lepharist Research Center and infiltrate into it."
Problem: Aethergenetics Lab instance is broken. It states 'You cannot enter the selected Instanced Zone at your level.' Also, I suspect if you could enter, you could not pass the doors that use keys.

Lvl 45 - (A Request From Atropos)
Quest Message: -BLANK-
Problem: The quest that opens the other campaigns is supposed to open automatically upon hitting level 45, and does not.

Solved Quests:

Lvl 21 - ?????? (Sealing the Abyss Gate)
Issue: campaign did not open up
Problem: fixed in Update 6-17-2010

Lvl 25 - Satalocas Heart
Issue was: No timer
Solution: Just collect 8 fangs, and it changes automatically.

Lvl 34 - The Shadow's Command
Issue was: Dionera Broken
Solution: Dionera fixed in Update 6-14-2010

lvl 38 - A Dangerous Artifact
Issue was: Civil Engineer does not follow
Solution: After speaking with the engineer click on the Exit to the secret passge, engineer does not need to follow.

However, I am able to complete one of the marked quests mentioned above:
Eltnen: Lv 31 Refreshing the Springs

so idk if it's bugged or wad...

 

I do believe my life bead bugged out, as I stated

and if it bugged for me I'm sure it bugged for some others out there too

 

Refreshing the Springs worked fine until the end then I couldn't turn it in to Gaia to complete it and get the reward.

 

I have problem too with Refreshing springs, im about to put the life bead to Temple life stone and nothing happens, i noticed that i lost somehow life bead but i get another one. Still doesnt work.

 

Fragment of Memory 2 is bugged also ..
you cant finish the Quest at Yuditio ..

 

Pretty much exactly what happened to me I believe.

Well if you look at my picture above, I got it to work. Based on your picture I would say you are supposed to view a cutscene of the past. (You might have to use a quest item in your inventory[?] if I recall), after the cutscene you are supposed to talk to Nestor again.

 

went to nestor twice.. i have to go to yuditio....but he doesnt talk... just a greeting....
will check if i have an item to use...

update.. you were right... had to use the orb in inventory ...

 

possible bypass?

i don't know it this helps but i managed to bypass the "Sealing the Abyss Gate" quest by simply closing the gate without accepting the quest (i couldn't accept it, it's locked...) and it teleported me to Reshanta with a quest to speak to the governor. Hope this helps.

 

Interesting, but I'm assuming for Miragent's it wouldn't work because every quest has to be marked as completed to obtain the Miragent quest.

 

Tested, it just teleports you to the abyss. It does not finish the quest.


Second note:
I realized the Flight test is also a campaign and we do not have that here either. >.<

Asmo Quest

Lvl 13 - Groken's Escape
Message: Escort Groken to the sailboat.
Problem: After escort, we cant finish the quest, its the Warehouse legion we open when we click on Groken.

Lvl 26 - Creepy Crawlies
Message: Kill Stinky Codworm, Suspicious Stone and Fierce Sheluk for drop items Clodworm Leather, Stone Grave Thorn and Sheluk Foreleg.
Problem: Just Fierce Sheluk who drop item you have need.(Sheluk Foreleg.)

Lvl 33 - Beautiful Feather
Problem: Cant take the quest, Load faild.

Lvl - 34 - The Tripeed Thief
Message: Kill Virago Looters.
Problem: The mob Virago Looter is not here.

Lvl - 38 - The Klaw Headache
Message: Kill Klaw Peon and Klaw Sentinel.
Problem: Nothing to do when we Kill Klaw Sentinel.

Lvl - 36 - A Missing Father
Message: Find the Secret Port Entrance.
Problem: We click on the Secret Port Entrance but nothing.

Lvl - 24 - Troublesome Promise
Message: Go to Corpse in the Stone Coffin and take the skull.
Problem: We can taking the Skull but imppossible to validate the quest on the PNC: Load faild!

Lvl - 47 - Unusual Ingredients
Message: Kill Anubite Vigilante or Anubite Sentinel for drop Anubite Tight Bones.
Problem: Anubite Vigilante and Anubite Sentinel is not here.

Lvl - 48 - Zombie Diary
Message: Its a book we must open for take the quest The Zombie's.
Problem: The book does not open when we click on.

Lvl - 29 - [Group] Odella Rope
Message: Kill Brutal Ice Claw Guards for drop Odella String.
Problem: The Brutal Ice Claw Guards dont drop Odella String.

Lvl - 30 - [Group] All Nyerk and No Play
Message: Kill Ferocious Drake and Illusion Temptress.
Probleme: We cant finish the quest, its the Warehouse legion we open when we click on the PNC.

Lvl - 38 - A Lost Daeva
Message: Go to Wonshikutz's Laboratory and find Pagimkin.
Problem: Pagimkin is here but he is red, we cant kill him and we should speaking with him.

Lvl - 27 - Speaking Balaur
Message: Weaken the Ashikar Assaulter and lure it out.
Problem: The Ashikar Assaulter we do not follow quite long time for until NPC.

Lvl - 36 - The Protector of Nepra
Message: Spy on the Mist Mane Mau at the Altar of the Black Dragon.
Problem: Nothing to do when we go here.

Elys Quest

Lvl - 8 - Neutralizing Odium
Message: Go back to Kabarah Strip Mine and put the solution into the Cauldron.
Problem: When we click on the Cauldron nothing to do.

Lvl - 7 - Ancient Cube
Message: Return to Baevrunerk with the Ancient Cube.
Problem: Nothing to do when we click on Baevrunerk.à

Lvl - 19 - Flying Reconnaissance
Message: Lure the Tursin Loudmouth Boss to Meteina.
Problem: The Tursin Loudmouth Boss dont follow long enough.

Lvl - 25 - Sataloca's Heart
Message: Obtain as many Archeron Drake Fangs as you can within the time limit.
Problem: We can collect Archeron Drake Fangs but we cant finish the quest because its the Warehouse legion we open when we click on the PNC.

Lvl - 29 - Drake Hunt
Message: Kill Fierce Drake and Westeland Drake.
Problem: When we have finish we click on NPC but nothing.

Lvl - 39 - Lepharists Amok
Problem: Cant take the quest.

Lvl - 31 - Refreshing the Springs
Message: Talk with Gaia for fisnish the quest.
Problem: Nothing to do whe we talk with Gaia.

Lvl - 38 - A Dangerous Artifact
Message: Escort the Civil Engineer to either the Secret Exit or the Forgotten Passage.
Problem: Civil Engineer not follow, he dont move.

Lvl - 36 - Gray Fog Monsters
Problem: We cant take the quest, when we click on the quest the window npc close.

Lvl - 36- Scouting the Scouts
Message: Get rid of the Kaidan Scouts to the southeast of the Observatory
Problem: Nothing to do when we kill Kaidan Scouts.

Lvl - 15 - Missing Poppy
Message: Look for Poppy in the Dukaki Settlement.
Problem: Nothing to do when we go look Poppy we can just kill him.

Lvl - 30 - [Group] The Four Leaders
Problem: We cant take the quest. Load faild!

 

Lvl 21 Sealing the Abyss Gate still doesn't work.. tried clicking the gate doesn't teleport me inside to kill the Named Mob.

PS: Tried also with an alt character.

Nothing new. I guess something went wrong since the last update.

Pls do check on this. Love doing Campaign Quest

 

The two Eltnen Campaign quests are still bugged for me.

 

i finished every eltnen campaign..
and i've also finished the Fragment of memory 2 aswell, same with sealing the abyss gate, satalocas heart and shadows command & dangerous artifact... ;S

 

Did you try to party someone. (The retail quest requires you to be in a group)

 

Thanks for the list, I'll be making an asmo guide soon =D this will help me. One thing I've noticed so far:

Lvl - 40 - Light up the Lighthouse
Message: Kill Captain Hinden.
Problem: Captain Hinden is not here.

Captain Hinden -DOES- spawn (Check right after a server crash, he'll be there. [I suspect the same may be true for the lvl 19 black cloud quest, but I havent gotten around to trying])
