    i think the gms can't help you only with that proofs..and they refund abg items only if u show them your web store history with proofs that u really bought that item..

    i think this is a common problem but im not sure if GMs will help you. I remember this guy mailed his friend a ABG necklace and his friend never recieved it.

    go to ur aion folder, is located there is like a notepad file, called chat.log.
    upload he somewhere like megaupload, rapidshare or something that u like or prefer and send to me the link.

    if u don`t find, tell me.

    i have 4 units of computer cause i own some mini cafe...that tym i was trading my abg staff to spear i was in my brtohers house then i put the abg spear to mail it at my character it was gone i recieve the mail but no abg attach as i said...Q:can chat log be saved even we have deepfreeze????cause im going to my brother house today its a miles away fron her gonna drive to there to get my chat log last two days......
