I cant log into the servers, siel or lumiel

    I can put the login and password, but i cant enter into yhe server, i choose the server, but it doesnt go to character selection !:pouty:,plz, help me!

    same here im stuck at the server select server screen been like this for 3 hours now for me

    none error message, the game crashes only, and doesnt go to teh character selection
