stucked character

it started 2 days ago when i was equipping a ring (don't remember name) after a second ring disapeard , face of my character was red and body orange i rellogged many times but now i cant see my character and cant do anything. Plz help me

try making a new character, idk what happened to u , just make a new char

I speaked to Gm [Elyoplay] and he tried to unstuck me but it didn't worked now im stucked in pandemonium
