Ranger with insanely high Magic Resist

so, is there a skill or buff for rangers that allows you to have magic resist so high that you inflict 0 damage on them every time you cast?

 

Yes,its called natures resolve, remove 1 physical debuff and resist 1 magic attack for 10 seconds

 

they have skill that resist 1 or 2 magics..its a buff if im not mistaken

Assassins have one that resist 2 magic spells i believe.

 

actually, it was more than one magic attack. i spammed like 5-6 spells on him and it all did nothing o.0
so, is there something wrong with that or no?

 

There is a rumor that those buffs may be bugged and resist attacks for the full duration of the skill rather then just 1 spell so i dont know.

With so many skill bugs out there as well as defensive hacks its getting crazy, just wait till Thursday when 2.0 comes your gonna see even more headaches .

 

0 dmage=hacks resist=no hacks either he has full M.R set/ you didnt use supplication of focus..

Thats not entirely true, im going through my chat logs now doing a search "you resist" and come up with this.

2010.09.17 00:20:58 : You resisted Elyosloss's attack.
2010.09.17 00:20:58 : Elyosloss has inflicted 0 damage on you by using Frostbite II.

So i resist the skill frostbite and it states it does 0 damage on me.
