Need help, missing items on broker

Hello, my IGN is Winniethepoop

Last night well, early this morning around 5am EST I logged off from my account and I put up 2500 scrolls greater raging wind scrolls (broken to 250 per set) in broker for 5 mil kinah each.

Today I woke up and waited to log in till about 11:30am due to server down. When I logged on, I checked my broker and all the scrolls I put up are gone. I checked the sold section and its clear.

I made around 9000 scrolls yesterday morning. I sold few and had little over 6000 left and out of close to 6000, 2500 went up to the broker for sale....

Can any GM kindly please help me on this?

same prob thought it was just me but lcky well hopefully we get our stuff back cause man i lost alot of shyt but sigh if we need to provide evidence man im fked sigh

 

If you have screenshots, then we can do something. Otherwise it's gonna be hard to return the missing scrolls.

 

I do not have screen shot of the broker "sell section". I mean who takes SS of it really..... I take SS of all the trades I do for the obvious reasons but c'mon.... who would think that broker will bug like this....

If you check log or DB or whatever, You can see that I had around 3500 Aether yesterday morning. 3512 or something. If I make all of them in to scrolls, they equal to close to somewhere around 8780 plus the ones I already had and I was over 9000 scrolls total.

I wouldnt try to make up a lie for over 2500 scrolls only since I have few thousands I still havent sell yet. Its just the principle of this....... I lost 2500 scrolls.... I understand that without Screen shot it will be hard but seriously.... who takes SS of broker "sell" part before going to sleep each night?

yea i said the same thing when the broke robbed my hubby, not once, but twice. most people take a screen shot when tradeing another person, normal people dont think hey let me take a screenie of this stuff in the broker, lucky his was only 4 red dyes and some stones we get from DP. its never bugged on me, YET ( knock on wood ) well anyways best of luck to you getting your stuff back
