    theres a few places that people arent allowed to fly. and they are. so thats all they mean by illegal flyers

    Illegal flying.

    There are zones that flying is not allowed when u click the fly button it says "You can't fly in this area" well.. some people can because the hack or bug abuse.. if u fly from main city of beluslan and u NEVER Stop flying u're abusing of a bug.. same happends in heiron XD
