Character problem (Elyos Templar)

Ok i made a templar, rushed to 55 as i do with all my toons. I did the ceremony and dispatch to veteron quests to open all teleports.

My problem is i dont get the option to teleport to heiron from any teleporter, can only get there by scroll.

Second problem is with FULL EAT armor my run speed is only 7.3, isnt glads and templars suppose to run faster?

Just thought id ask here before remaking my templar to try again.

LVL 55 with no buffs or scrolls
Naked = 6.0
Fully geared = 7.3

Is this right for a templar? i have tried stripping all gear and reloging but it stays the same. I have noticed other templars running much faster then me too.

 

they nerfed Templar's a week or two ago. Glads are the only ones right now with OP run speed.

 

Ok thank you, ill keep the temp i made then. Gosh asked so many temps in game and everyone is so clueless what im asking.........
