I thought no Flying?

    I just noticed this character flying around Heiron in Storm Circle.

    Server: Ziel
    Character Name: Fifteen

    His guild is Deadly Panda Squad

    Hes been gathering Aether and i think its not fair while other player is prohibited on flying on this area. I would like to collect Aether too you know hehe.
