No characters in Account

    Hi everybody, my problem is:

    I recently updated to 2.0.0.4 with the NCsoft Launcher, I had a few errors but finally it updated right, so I tried to log in, and after selecting my char
    a little "ring" sound, after that I pressed the "Start" button, and inmediatly after my char appared in the screen the game shut down, and "Aion Client Stopped Working", I tried repairing, and loggin in again, and...my 4 characters was gone, I tried with the account of my girl, and she has her chars, but can't enter the game either, any GM please help, I need an answer, W'd terrifying if I loose my chars...
    Please!!, and thanks for your time

    1. it's not 2.0 yet. Alente/Carl/Karissa will make an announcement when it is 2.0
    2. have you checked if you accidentally logged into Lumiel instead of Siel?

    wew..this people wont stop.. dont open your Aion if u update 2.0.0.4 now cause the gamez is still 1.9 and they dont support 2.0 now....wew..this people seems dont understand

    Yes, I checked, and I always have connected ti Siel, even this time, but thank you very much for the info, so it must be because of the incomplete update then I think ty so much for your time
