The story of the cute GMs...who didn't give a ****

I'm not really sure why are there gm's when the don't give a **** about non-donater players. Yesterday i've got scammed by a lots of kinah. I had a video as an evidence and i've uploaded it to the forum. I've annouced it in the world chat then i pmed to the gm who told me not to spam, but didn't actually care about my problem. I've pmed him for 2 hours and i just got ignored. I understand that you are working/stealing hard on the 2.0, but that you let players get scammed is just unforgiveable.Advertise THIS and not the 2.0! Advertise that the gms don't give a **** about your problem! I worked hard for my kinah and someone just scams me and the ****ing gm does not care even if i have evidence.
I don't want to keep communicating like this but lazy people deserves these kind of words. GMS! YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A GM IF YOU CAN'T DO YOUR JOB!

GMs usually recognize scams/reports in the reports section. just make a thread in the reports section and upload ur video and tell them what happened and a GM will respond to you

 

Plus the GM's are busy doing other stuff.. they can't solve all problems in 1 day.. Just think of it.. ur not the only one that is reporting a scam/hack/wallshooting issue, etc..
Patience is a virtue.

U should be patient and wait at least 1 week, and please don't flame the GM's they do the best they can to keep order here..

 

they aren't working on 2.0..gms are not devs..they do other stuff idk what but they do!!

well i traded a lot of people with tons of kinah but never get scammed xD..maybe i'm just lucky or i know how to trade and what people should i trust..

 

well tbh its not a gms job to hold your hand through evry deal you make. if you got hacked. thats an issue. if you just failed no wise up. not so much. sorry but its true. yes would be good for the gm to stop this from happening to more people but the gm is not there just for you mistakes. also raging at them for not replying to you spamming them for 2 hours.... grow up.

 

you are solely responsible for your actions sir...you took the risk of trading without a GM...hope you will get your kinah back...next time be careful...

 

this dude just need to follow protocol... about how to report problems and stuff

 

the GMs have lives and if you stupidly fall for a scam it is partially your fault, make a report with your evidence and wait patiently, spamming isnt going to help as the GMs are very busy and cant respond to everyone in 2 seconds

 

~There should be a position of Traders (-people who are helpers during trades in-game-) like in other games where there are many scam issues and GMs cannot handle everything...

But here it seems the owner wants to have 7~10 GMs who will do everything and face the QQ and whining from the players side...

Can i get the story of what you're whining about. I'm pretty sure it's your fault for getting scammed. How else would you get scammed. Your fault don't cry.

Autumn's gone and Sanctus is no longer GM. Also Edi needs to be promoted on the list. Ashtar is also the only Crystal GM.
