The story of the cute GMs...who didn't give a ****

Your tale is touching, however regardless of what your situation is spamming, in or out of game, is not cool.

Second, GMs have no idea who is, or who is not a donator. Also they dont care. It makes no difference to a GM at all. Period.

Third, the reason you got ignored was probably because you were rude, vulgar, or had a bad attitude toward a GM who didnt have sufficient level access (was not SeniorAM or higher) and thus couldn't do anything for you regardless.

While GMs have many responsibilities, being YOUR personal secretary is not one of them. If you have a problem that a regular GM cannot resolve it is YOUR responsibility to take that issue to a member of staff with sufficient power.

While GMs who cant help you anyway are busy wasting their time trying to explain this over and over, they could be following up with other users who they can actually help.

So before you get all upset, mad and begin to rage why don't you take a step back, and chill out. You'll feel better, and when you're pleasant everyone on staff is more responsive and motivated to do what they can for you.

And above all else, GMs are regular people just like anyone else. They arent machines who exist solely to patrol the server 24/7. So...treat them how you would like to be treated. You'll make a LOT more progress that way, trust me.

 

Agreed with wat u say but u recycle the same over and over again....

We just need more GMs, this is the ungly truth... If u have seen other Pservers (-aion-) that they got more pure GMs than us despite the fact they got like half of ur community...

Things should change here...Staff should make a good GM Team like in the past when Albull was here 8hrs non-stop helping people...

all i can say i lost my 2k credits i donated and no 1 gives a sh!t about that i pmed alente >>no reply...also posted on forum non gm replyed

i guess they get money all they care...and btw normal GMs can do anything!!! all they can is do event with 200mil 1st place winners thats all they even cant ban........only head gms and admins can do everything but still they dont care about ur loss...

 

if it makes u fell better, gms/admin dont give a sh!t about donators aswell (i gurantee u that 100%) but, there is nothin to complain about, u play4free, and they dont owe u nthin.. if u dont like somethin, get up and leave. simple as that.

This is not the right topic to post your problems
The GMs Cannot be Online all day for you , there is time diffirence between them and you since they are american.
They are not too many , perhaps more GMs are needed , and they can't answer to everyone in-game because they receive more than 50pms every minute.
Why don't you just Post here your In-Game problems instead of spamming the GMs In-game?
I Suggest you make a thread for everything you need , except if it's not important.
The forum (if it doesn't already have one) needs a thread where people will post "i need assistance by a gm , im trading: <item(s)> for: <item(s)>" and wait for an answer.
The GMs are NOT Responsible for your item/kinah loss. But even if they were , at least get the right proof so the GMs can Punish the Person you're talking about.
They can't watch over 50 players daily at the same time , people keep saying to them "I think this guy is scammer , could you please Investigate?" Well that should not happen.
Either post the evidence at the forum and wait , or just live with it and next time you want to trade wait for a GM. I've heard many times people saying "I was too lazy to wait for a GM" or "There was no GM to assist me"...
In My Opinion , More Experienced/Active GMs are needed to keep an order to all this. (We Need More GMs , not saying the current GMs are not experienced enough , they are very experienced indeed.)

It's not right to say GMs are **** and they don't help , they have helped me many times , expecially Asmoplay(Elyoplay) he even came next to me and opened a private shop for me to buy dyes the day he was making the event with the 10kk/dye price because i told him i was crashing everytime i was trying to buy. The gms are VERY helpful and of course the most important thing this server has and other servers don't , the GMs are funny/friendly , not cold like in other servers (they ignore you , never make jokes , make you angry etc)

If you tell a GM here i got scammed please help , they will try to help you and investigate the subject.
In other servers , they will say Bring us evidence of what happened or Stop Bothering us and Spamming our forum. I've been playing MMORPGs for 7 years and i can say this server has the best GM Team , i got really sad though when i heard chloraform and albull left , they were really important persons.

Whats your ingame name? There was someone Asmoplay wanted me to help out that was a scam victim, but the person wasn't online before I went to sleep, not sure if it was you or not but please keep in mind that scam reports take a while to solve and you have to be at least a tad bit patient for anything to happen.
