Elyos can't use deity?

    Is it true that the asmos are allowed to use their deity transformations but Elyos are not? I've been everywhere in abyss tried relogging I have 10 Seeds of Transformation and I can't transform, it won't even let me cast the spell. Yet I see asmos everywhere using their deity form. I'm also a governor.

    ok let me go lose 2 million ap just so i can transform to a deity lol... asmo governors can transform, so its kinda of bullshit that elyos are unable to.
