Above level drop-rate issue.

    I noticed when I kill monsters below 46, I do not get any drops at all. The defaulted system about not getting drops below 10s your base is enabled atm,

    Yes that and it seems that other rates have been changed too. Such as Elder drops. seems that they drop mabe 1/10th of what they use to.
