    glads are bugged...
    8.5 w/o scrolls or charge...
    sinx(fastest class) have 7.3 and can get 8.5 onkly with speed buff

    well max running speed on ground is 12.0
    no matter what you do. thats the cap...

    while on flying.. its 14.5

    i got auto 14.5 when flying.. w.o scrolls.
