How to get these sets?

They are from the new client but i have problems to find out in internet how to get them ><

The one I would like the most is this one:

I've checked that it's available for both asmodians and elyos, but please explain me how to get it for elyos, im quite new yet here

first link is abyss gear...you need medals to get it, so you can't on gamez at the moment.

the later is stormwing's, which is gotten from "DP 2.0" aka besh temple. Again, at the moment you can't do it on gamez as the bosses have no loot tables/
