Having a winge

hey,

i play crystal and i just wanted to say that the transition from 1.9 to 2.0 has been ****. we've lost so many ppl and everyday it seems as if elyos side is getting smaller.. on 1.9 generally around 50 - 70... while now on 2.0 its like 20 -30.. -.- I just feel as if we are being put second to gamez and that gm's are more focused on patching up and fixing gamez first and spending little time on us... Like there are hardly any gm's on crystal with ashlin/ashlar being there on the occasion.
I mean there is pre good inflow of newbies... but they leave after they find out that the half the stuff dont work and they leave to some other server..

u mite think im wingeing or having pms or trolling or wateva.. but im just telling wat i and lots of other players think...

Maybe many players are still downloading 2.0 (or running into trouble because they arent updating/reinstalling as an administrator)? Not everyone has a fast connection...

 

its been like 2 weeks... and im pre sure every1 has 2.0 since most servers are running from it

 

Sorry I havent been on much today. I've been testing the advanced stigma quests out to make sure they work so players can get them open.

 

lol ashtar ur like the only gm on anyways -.-.. which is BS

 

We just got 2 new gms last night... Asphel and Selik. Before that I was the only gm for past several weeks now. :wink:

 

thats wat i mean.. theres like shit all gms on crystal...

 

Is there something in particular you are needing in particular from a gm X right now?
btw //gmonline switched back to //gmlist but it wont show me on there for some reason.

 

no.. im just peeved off at the server lol.. and yeh //gmlist show no1 online

 

My thought on this one goes same ways as yours. I really love it on this server for a number of reasons mainly:

1) we've met good friends/players (except the bug exploiters, but if there are no bugs, no exploiters ^^),

2) just the right kind of combination for stuff ingame (e.g xp and drops),

3) Ashlin (crystal GM) is really helpful and most of the elyos population assist you when you get ganked/zerged/raided wherever you are ^^

But that is considering we get decent population (which we had a few months back) or that most of the stuff right now are working (and fixed for good). I am not in the habit of complaining, (but really!) I just noticed that the last voting link we have for crystal goes to gamez 2.0. So, how are we supposed to get more players to play on crystal server to keep the server populated? Another thing I wanted to point out is the inability to global chat -.- (can no longer use LFG channel). Where before we can just LFG raids anywhere and get help right away, now if you don't have a legion, you're all by yourself. I mean who will enjoy the game if:

1) you get killed coz you're still unable to defend yourself against high lvl raiders who can access low lvl maps,
2) your skills not working properly or the ones you really like are bugged,
3) not a lot of ppl to party with to get decent equips/gears
4) you bore the hell out of yourself as there's no one to bug in pm (like you always bug me^^) and your excitement goes down when you can't access instances/dungeons you already thought of going into,
5) oh and lastly, you feel like you own the whole server! (this one goes to all the lvl 55 players who got no one to raid/pk, no AP, no FUN ^^)

Nevertheless, I'd really like to see the server getting revived soon enough. We got real good stuff going on here and we wanna keep playing! ^___^
