bug problem

    just started playing the game but I have of getting stuck, the character is invisible, the character's name has a weird font like lines and boxes.. basically I can't do anything.. just downloaded the gamez latest patch..

    the patch that i got is the same in your sig.. I think the game is at 1.9.. so it means I have to download the game again?

    IF you donwloaded AION.rar and only extracted thats not problem!!! donwload NCsoft launcher.. you will see not installed games.(BUT FIRST CHOSE NA, AND SWITCH OFF AUTO UPDATE!!!). right click onto aion choose properties and install location.. click browse
    and find you aion.bin in you bin32 folder... launcher show whitch patch do you have and whitch need(2.0.0.4)!!!
    after ok and select update and you dont need to download your game again!!

    yup.. You need to get 2.0.0.4.. otherwise game won't run in the way it's supposed to..
