    I am really wondering about one thing, Whats the connection between Rank(gained from AP) and missing/hitting a target? Dont you think, its irrelevant if he was rank 9 or General? Huh.

    Also, before accusing someone of hacking try to check it atleast twice, if there wasnt any mistake on your side.
