    hey hey me again.
    new problem :p

    ok so have got a old friend to come join us here at gamez. yay but wait !!!

    so he dl a fresh client. updated. added the gamez luncher. all that jazz. but when he starts up the game, it just sits on the black screen after the ncsoft logo?

    anyideas

    p.s. we already tryed updating gfx card drivers.

    How long does he wait ona black screen?

    Because i wait on a black screen for about 20seconds before it loads up

    hardware specs would help (if he can actually run aion), also dont forget to have ncsoft launcher as north american

    check the video drivers (update them if in doubt)
    Reviews requirements for the new version 2.0, you can possibly be a problem with RAM.

    ok its working now. already did all right. he had to wait 20 min on black screen, now its working :/ lol i guess the first time takes the longest. well he is ingame and we are one up in gamez :)

    Usually when that happens it's because DirectX needs to be updated. Pop over to Microsoft and download the latest version, that should keep it from happening again.
