server down? im stuck at log in

    i just fin update my client, install new game launcher but im stuck. my graphics doesnt look normall too ..i tries some fixes regarding 2.0 client but still no luck ..see pic

    ps. im using xp pro sp3

    You need to either repair your client as this issue can be related to corrupted L10N folder or update your directx and graphic card's drivers or both.
