    Depends what faction you are. For the lvl 45 armor/ lvl 50 weps, they are now found on the new maps: Iniggson/Gelmarkos.

    Rest are found in Pandemonium/Sanctum.

    in beluslan fortress they have rent weps for like 14 days but it says the npc cant sell it to me or somethin

    there's a store for Asmodians in Gelk for rental weapons you can use to re-skin things. There's also the usual spots in Sanctum right in the middle of the city.
