    after a long time got to get the whole set ebon shell and ice black,
    to remodel my set anuhart, and it is not possible to paint more
    the set ebon shell and ice black are not get color black after the update, this did not happen before
    Can someone help me?

    Remodel the ebon set to a low level white plate armor, then dye it, then remodel it to the gear you use.

    Because you did not understand what I said. You need to Buy a low level White plate set from the NPC in Pandaemonium/Sanctum, Use the White set as the main piece in the remodel and the ebon piece as the one that gets destroyed. Once you've done that, Dye it. Then use your anuhart as the main piece in the remodel window and the White gear as the piece that gets destroyed.
