Boost Quest item drops

    I've been trying to complete quests where I need x amount of quest items to complete it but I only get 1 quest item every 6 or 7 mobs, sometimes even more than that. I thought being a private server and all there would be boosted drop rates for quest items.....

    no kidding, I need 40-50 quest items for some of these quests. Just need to boost the drop rate for quest items.
