    Sword/Sword because once you hit the speed cap (which assassins can do fairly easily) the small difference in speed from having a dagger isn't worth the loss of damage from the swords.

    It is based on weapon, not class. .8 for dagger/sword or dagger/dagger, .85 for sword/sword
