    Actually it's more an accidentally than a purposed bug aka exploit. Sometimes when you got killed you'll still able to walk around but unable to use skills. Don't know why. I've also experienced this b4 :p

    No need to ban that person imo. Only a little bug, no advantages gained from it except to spectate the opposite faction.

    i am asuming that this is a target bug/death bug. Did you kill him? if you did then its a death bug, however on the other hand if you were not able to hit him then it was a target bug :)

    we can target him, we can hit him (with dmg) yet we can't kill him. He's not hitting in return though.
