my account log normally in version 1.9
after version 2.0 appears the following text "ID or password does not match (2)"
and I can not come, my friends have already tried to log into their accounts here and the same error occurred.

Either you gave your accounts to someone and they have changed your passwords on you, or you have miss spelt your username/password.

There is nothing a GM could do in this case as it is down to human fault

 

Man, I still have the launcher 1.9, 2.0 and now also the
launcher at 1.9 I can get normal, but as the game is updated to 2.0 obvious errors that appear in graphics and others, but the account logs in normally.
already in version 2.0 is what you say.
so I'm sure that I have not been hacked or messed up the password.
the problem must be in the new update but I do not know the answer!

hi there Syncth i have read and followed your steps to login in to game successfully... but i receive an error when i logged into the game it suddenly crashes and says CrystalSystem.dll error... so i tried creating a new character assuming my main char was stuck.. and when i logged in my new char in the game i only see korean/chinese characters and the character seems to be under the terrain... can u help me out man? tnx in advance

one last thing... i tried to delete the Aion_Main_2.0.0.4 something like that.... then try to repair and repatched as administrator cause im using windows7... and now im downloading 4.5GB of Update... is it really this large??? my old aion version was 1.9.0.2 i think... please help... tnx in advance man

I've been getting both 'already logged in' and 'cannot connect to authen. '

I've tried everything in OP except a re install

 

I can't login.. It says that im already logged in, but im not. I checked through User CP and it shows that im logged in Lumiel server. Btw im playing in Siel. How to fix it?

please help... my internet connection is good but since last night every time i log in my connection is disconnected.... then i cant connect my internet unless restart my computer... that is my problem every time i log-in in aion.
but if im using googles, forum, etc.. theres no problem

Me too, I cant seem to login. After I type the username & password & press enter.. my mouse cursor disappear & nothing happens. should I do the rapair? It might update me to 2.1 since im using 2.0.0.5 atm.

not to mention it was just a few hours since I last login, and it seems pretty fine before

 

oh sigh... wanted to play so bad atm. I guess I'll just wait for a higher-ups reply and what do do about it.

 

Im actually trying to reinstall the game, i hope it works *crossed fingers*

 

lemme know if its okay after the reinstalling do the job. reinstalling now would be quite troublesome for it takes a long time for me, thanks :3
