respawn time

i've been waiting for this boss (High Spelshifter Abija) to respawn
its been a few good hours since im on the same spot but he didnt respawn yet so im curios whats the respawn time?

 

I'm having this same issue, been looking for it for days so I can finish this campaign quest "Keeping the Black Claw Tribe in Check" for Altgard.

According to retail sites, it's supposed to spawn rather frequently.

 

This Isnt Retail xD and some of the Quests are still bugged so you cannot finish some and theres some Monsters/npcs missing.

 

me to0.. i've been waiting for hours.. but it still did not respawn

 

as was previously said, some quests are bugged and their the spawn time is ridiculously long, or the GMS have to spawn it themselves, since there are some bugs there are certain NPCs and mobs the GMs have to manually spawn for ppl to get certain items or finish quests

 

He could be there, he could not, plant your character right next to boss location and as soon as server comes back up log and check...I waited more than 1 week to get a Zapiel kill because either

Asmos ganked on kill and then stole boss kill
No party and boss killed by others
He was not there cause already been killed

this mob only spawns on server reset

I am not saying your boss will be there as stated above some NPCs are just missing entirely but this is the best time to get the kill if you need it right after server restart EVERY MOB is respawned that are available.

 

Some of the NPC's\bosses\quests are missing\bugged,
