why icant delete my othe race(asmo)in my account..

    i got 4 characters in my account, 3 elyos and 1 asmo..

    i already type the Confirm Delete and click ok but its not working...ill delete my asmo because i receive a notice that this server is not allowed to make 2 races in 1 account..

    its not working...

    my asmo is lvl50 i already quit my legion and clean my warehouse and cube.
