    Are you talking about your Character's Running Speed?
    If yes , know that Alente fixed it (Lowered the Gladiators' Running Speed by 1.0 if I'm right)
    That's how it should be , and that how it is like on Retail(Official Server)

    use //gmlist to see which gms are online and tell them to teleport you.

    if there is no gm online try the unstick request thing.
    (never tried it , but it should be working normally since i've not heard anyone making a comment about it)
