    hi im sending emails and private msg to alente and carl about buying 2.0 items and so far no responds why is that?? they respond on my credit report but not on my ordering item.. plsss give me a reson

    Yeah this is correct to my knowledge. Anything dealing with the webshop should be forwarded to that address as Alente and Carl recieve dozens of PMs a day on other issues.
