i think Alente is pretty busy right now, because their are a lot of bugs in the game right now, I think his helping Carl fixing the bugs in the new update so please just be patient until you got a reply... >.<

It might also be a good idea to say what you need help with, someone else might be able to help, and Alente will immediately know what the problem is when he sees this.

 

Not going to happen, Alente does not go out of his way to help single people, hes Busy to the point where he helps the Community only, Hence the reason GMs/Senior GMs are around for that kind of situation.

 

its about the special effects of my friends character it doesnt work... even the buffs effect doesnt work also...

 

have tried resetting your options on the game?

i think your friend turned off the skill effects on graphix option.
