Horned dragon's leather design

um... where can i find the design for horned dragon's leather design?

cuz i can't find it in reshanta balic design npc.
i only see horned dragon's design for plate / cloth, chain & leather are missing

either it's missing or i'm just pure blind.

anyone?

*bump* , yeah i can't find them.
and in elyos side i can't even find sky dragon's design which is elyos version of horned for any type of armor(in asmo horned for cloth and plate are available)

i take it that, it hasn't been implemented yet? or the npc hasn't been updated since 1.9?
