    But the storm wing does not give its given stats in game. I was using Haroshunerk's Noble Wing Feather and when i equip the storm wing i did not see the strike fortitude in the players stats, and my HP instead of increasing it decreases.

    It's funny because the Storm Wings STILL have the stats from 1.9.

    looks cute but the stats from storm wings in my opinion will help u more than the N.O.W ones.
