Unable to fly

    I am able to fly in city like area's however when i get out into the open i can no longer fly around.

    I dident think this was a problem until i started seeing other people flying in area's i wasn't able to fly in.

    So have i done something wrong or not put a special patch on?
    any help would be nice =)

    Can you be a bit more specific at what area you are talking about?

    I know you said city like area but exactly what areas.

    Ok umm i can fly in area's like Eltnen Fortess but once i leave thoughs area's the game tell's me "You cannot fly in this area."

    I cannot fly in sanctum however i think that is normal
