no fly zones everywere

i can't fly almost anywere ,how am i suposed to gather aether? i know i can fly in some area's but this is really stupid and a pain to get around and gather for crafting .
In belsuan i need to gather burning vortex's but cant fly in area's needed ,PLEASE allow us to fly in high rate area's for gathering.

Make Search For system.ovr that`s make u allowed to fly

 

search for the new system.ovr

 

Go to your aion folder, and search for a file named "system.ovr file" and open it to edit, it must be like this:

-- [System-Configuration]
-- add your settings to this file, not system.cfg
