Speed Hack or Not, i need your opinion

yes i think its normal for a ranger specially with his buffs and with his another form!!! ^_^

ranger casting time is almost all in an instant release..

If you catch a ranger off guard you can kill them almost as fast as they fire cuz they are nice and squishy!

 

This isn't a speed hack, Rangers can shoot that fast with that amount of damage.

 

Thats not the only thing that is instant release..

Not speed hacking, but I do prefer if you show a video in the future, it would be more helpful.
Here is an example of a ranger having no speed buffs on and hitting as fast as Mau form who is obviously hacking.
