    that's normal now a days... sometimes it bug and sometimes not.... if you want to check if your premium account still working, try to create new char and finish the ascension quest... if your lvl is 23 your prem is working if not it is bug....

    currently the AP is bugged. (unless it was fixed while i was sleeping one of these days and missed the update thread)

    but either way, premium membership isnt all that great anymore with all those hefty governers runnin around helplessly givin away free AP everywhere we go ;]
