    i think there is no gm in lumiel thats why there are players who are abusive and using hacking device... and they are not being ban even there is a evidence i send....

    There are no GMs assigned to a specific server, they go on whichever they feel like.

    There are currently 2 on Lumiel.

    I encountered a bug which pushed me to level 1 and i was unable to answer any whispers as i stated in the announce.

    Use //gmlist to see if any GMs are online as i will be on here most of the time.
    If you feel there are hackers then try and provide some evidence and make a report along with letting one of us know so we can investigate them.
